A grading report describes a diamond. It does not choose one. Every stone that enters this collection has been seen loose, face-up, against white paper and in daylight, and compared against others of the same four grades before it was kept.
The pieces here are built around the stone rather than the other way round. Settings are cut to the individual seat, metal is kept to the minimum that holds securely, and nothing is placed where it will stand between the stone and the light.
